times and days of your choice, we will undertake to carry out a full clean of your property at one fixed price which is highly competitive,
whether it being a vacuum clean a kitchen and bathroom clean or the full package we will meet your needs.

OPTION 1
General property clean
This service is too undertake a highly quality vacuum with a well established purifying system called the rainbow which not only vacuums
your laminate flooring carpets or floor tiles but also purifies the air that you breath in your home. To clean all kitchen and bathrooms
and to leave your property with a new look.
Total cost at £30.00 for a 3-bedroom property and any property with a smaller or larger size will be discussed.
OPTION 2
General clean and ironing service
WE will carry out all of the above mentioned and include a full ironing service including shirts and bed sheets. Like many other iron
service companies they charge by the piece of by the weight we at building car with charge a flat rate of £20.00 despite the amount of
clothing there is within reason.
Total cost for this service will be £50.00
Please note that each new customer is recommended to us we will offer you a 5% discount each time, this means that if you recommend
enough customers you will end up having you cleaning service carried out for you absolutely free.
